Step 2 - Event Information:
For best results provide professional
accurate information for your
special event.
Step 3 - Submit Form: Once your information is submitted, we will contact you to provide
a program that will best fit your event.
Step 4 - Formal Offer:
Once you have decided on the right speaker, act quickly. To lock in
your date, submit a binding retainer with a letter detailing the
terms of the offer for performance. A Formal Offer is legally
binding if the terms are accepted and returned in writing. The
person who has submitted the Formal Offer is legally bound for full
payment.
Step 5 - Acceptance: Once the offer has been placed, the presenter will either accept
or decline and confirm this with you in writing as a legal
agreement.
Step 6 - Initial Amounts Due:
Once the formal offer has been placed, accepted, and written
confirmation received, a binder is then paid to the presenter.
Depending on the size of the event, a retainer of 50% is required
with the issue of your formal offer to insure sincerity of the
Formal Offer to the Presenter. A deposit of 50% of the agreed upon
amount, is required upon contract signature, and held in trust until
performance. The balance is due 7 days
prior to event date. All fees are due and payable via
wire transfer, certified check, money order, or bank draft.
